**This Warranty Certificate (“Certificate”) is hereby issued by Castle Garage Doors (“Company”) to the Customer (“Customer”)

1. Manufacturer Warranty Dispute Resolution:

If a manufacturer makes excuses and refuses to honor their warranty, Castle Garage Doors agrees to repair the garage door at no charge for the term of this agreement.

2. Premium Craftsman Guarantee:

In the unlikely event the garage door encounters a workmanship challenge, excluding acts of God or abuse, Castle Garage Doors will make any necessary repairs at no charge for the term of this guarantee as specified in your agreement.

3. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:

If the customer is not 100% satisfied for any reason, Castle Garage Doors will repair, modify, or replace the garage door to the customer’s satisfaction.

4. Lifetime 100% Guarantee:

Equipment with a Lifetime Guarantee provided by Castle Garage Doors will not incur additional charges for the same service. If any equipment with a Lifetime Guarantee fails, Castle Garage Doors will repair or replace it at no cost to the customer per the terms and agreement in place.

5. Repair Guarantee:

Castle Garage Doors guarantees that repairs on the garage door system are fixed correctly the first time. If a repair fails during the first year, Castle Garage Doors will repair it again at no charge.

6. Replacement Guarantee:

Castle Garage Doors guarantees that the garage door system installed will perform as stated. If the customer is not 100% satisfied with the garage door system, Castle Garage Doors will remove it and return 100% of the customer’s investment.

In an apples-to-apples comparison, if the customer discovers an identical garage door for less money than the one offered by Castle Garage Doors with the same guarantees, warranties, and workmanship, on only new garage doors, Castle Garage Doors will match it and pay the difference plus a $100 Finder’s Fee. Additionally, if the door fails during the first year, Castle Garage Doors will repair it again at no charge.

Non-Lifetime Warranty doors are covered for only 1 year from installation. Lifetime Warrantied Doors are covered for a lifetime as long as yearly preventive maintenance is performed by a certified Castle Garage Door technician.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee:

If the customer is not 100% satisfied with the service provided by Castle Garage Doors, Castle Garage Doors will refund all of the customer’s money. If Castle Garage Doors’ technicians smoke or swear in the customer’s home, do not wear floor savers, or leave the home without cleaning up, the customer does not pay for the service.

8. Lifetime Warranty:

• Everything on the garage door is covered under a lifetime warranty, except the spring system. Only 3-layer doors or more have the opportunity for a lifetime warranty.
• The lifetime warranty is void when the customer does not have Castle Garage Doors service and does not lubricate the door annually.
• Lifetime springs are warranted as long as the customer owns the home. It is voided if the customer moves to another property.

Castle Club Membership:

When the customer becomes a Castle Club member, the warranty is extended from one year to five years.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover acts of God, abuse, misuse of products, or purposes beyond their intended use.

Termination:

This Warranty Certificate is valid as long as the customer owns the property. It is non-transferable.
